TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Bookings

 

When requesting for a time slot, kindly provide us with:

  • full names of children attending

  • ages of children attending

  • the address of where the class will take place

  • full name and address of who the invoice is directed to 

 

You will then receive an invoice via email. When the payment is made your booking is completed.

The bookings are non refundable and locked to the time slot and date agreed. Therefor kindly only make bookings you are confident you can attend.

2. Material

 

  • All material for the activities are provided by us. You may add material that you have at home if you wish for it to be used during the sessions, but this is not a requirement. 

 

  • Please inform us if your child has any allergies.

3. We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Any information shared with us will not be compromised with third parties, unless required by law.

4. We make every effort not to leave damage to children’s clothes or the space where the art activities take place. However:

  • We would advice children to wear clothing  appropriate for art activities, such as a smock/apron as we will not be liable for any stains on children’s clothes. 

  • We also recommend to have a table cover for the area where the art activities will take place. This would preferably not be in a room with carpet as we will not be liable for stains or marks.

5. Where a child has suffered from sickness and diarrhoea it is advised to avoid group activities for 48hours.
